1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing digital products through the online store.

The purchase agreement and these Terms are concluded in English.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms without affecting rights already established.

2. PRODUCTS

The online store sells digital products only:

• PDF sewing patterns
• Digital licenses 

All products are delivered electronically via email.

3. ORDER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Orders are placed through the website interface at
www.littlestitchatelier.comBy placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

The purchase contract is concluded once the order confirmation is sent by email.

The contract is concluded remotely via electronic communication without physical presence of the parties.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed on the website.

Payment is made by bank transfer to:

The purchase price is considered paid once the funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

After payment is received, the Buyer will receive an email with a download link.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products are delivered electronically via email.

The Buyer receives a download link after payment is received.
The link is typically sent within a few minutes, but may take longer depending on payment processing.

The Buyer is responsible for downloading and storing the files.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

By purchasing digital content and gaining access to downloadable files, the Buyer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately.

For this reason, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract once the digital files have been delivered, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital content.

7. COPYRIGHT

All products and content (PDF patterns, instructions, graphics, texts) are protected by copyright.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• copy
• share
• distribute
• resell
• provide files to third parties

The purchase grants a license for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased.

8. LICENSE

If licenses are offered, the following types may apply:

Single-item license
Permission to sew one item for commercial sale. Pattern purchase required.

20-item license
Permission to produce up to 20 items. Valid for 1 year.

No-limit license
Unlimited production. No time restriction.

Licenses are non-transferable and may only be used by the Buyer.
Reselling or sharing the pattern files is strictly prohibited.

The Buyer must keep track of produced items unless holding a no-limit license.

9. LIABILITY

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided once files have been delivered.

If a file is technically defective, the Seller will provide a corrected version.

The Seller is not responsible for incorrect size selection, printing errors, or sewing mistakes.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes may be resolved through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority
(www.coi.cz).

If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

These Terms are stored electronically and available on the website.
